Summer Splash 5K

The Summer Splash 5k is a race run to reinvigorate the local economy of Albany, Georgia and uplift the most disadvantaged parts of the city, the South & East sides. Runners & Spectators alike are doused with water balloons and water guns throughout this fun race. The finish line will end at SplashTown @ Robert Cross Park with a huge slip-n-slide!! Come ready to get wet and wild with the entire family!
The Race route is from Mary Young Cummings Park, at the corner of Corn Avenue & South Jefferson Street, down to Robert Cross Park on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. There will be a shuttle service for runners who park at Mary Young Cummings Park, however runners are encouraged to carpool or catch Uber/Lyft.
Runners will be Awarded (3-deep) in the following age groups:
– (Under 13), (13-19), (20-29), (30-39), (40-49), (50+)
