First Look: The Innovate Hub In Albany, GA

- UPDATED

There’s a new energy of local business happening across South Georgia, and a lot of it is happening in Albany. With it, a new place is now open that helps small business entrepreneurs work and grow effectively. It’s called Innovate Hub and its a place that combines workplaces and meeting spaces for local businesses of all kinds.

At its core, Innovate Hub is designed with collaboration in mind. It hosts shared workspaces, personal offices, meeting rooms, a kitchen and eating area, and even a fully-featured podcast and video studio.

The premise is simple, effective, and necessary: provide small businesses with the support and space they need to grow and flourish – without needing to lease out an entire building.

When walking through the two-story location you can feel a sense of space and availability. Private offices and personal desks occupy a good amount of the space. Medium and large meeting rooms with integrated technology add to the number of opportunities at Innovate Hub.

Corey Holman, who is the CEO of Grace Life Marketing, is the founder of Innovate Hub. According to Corey, this place is about supporting and driving regional growth in South Georgia.

In just a couple months since it’s been open, Innovate Hub has welcomed new local business tenants to its offices, that include high-speed internet, conference rooms, and event spaces.

The on-location event spaces have specifically garnered quite a bit of local interest as the Hub has already hosted several successful events, and plans to host more events going forward.
