Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Hiring At New Albany, GA Location

Less than six months after its original announcement, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is hiring at its new Albany, GA location. The popular discount store will make its newest home inside the former Toys R Us building just across from the Albany Mall.

According to its website, Ollie’s is hiring for positions ranging from cashiers to managers. Payscale.com says Ollie’s employees usually make between $10 and $20 per hour, with the different wages ranging by job type from sales to supervisors. The Albany location is expected to hire dozens of people across various positions, including the store’s main manager.

This will be the seventh Ollie’s location in South Georgia, joining the existing locations in Cordele, Douglas, Thomasville, Tifton, Valdosta, and Waycross. Overall, Ollie’s is the 10th discount store brand to set up shop in Albany.
